RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We get it—sometimes things just don’t work out.

If you’re not fully in love with your Carlita piece, online purchases are eligible for return within 25 days of fulfilling your order. To start the process, sign in to your closet at https://mycloset.shopcarlita.com and submit your product return request.

Just a few things to keep in mind:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags still attached.
• If an item is returned in less-than-perfect condition, we may have to refuse it.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email and process your refund.

As a small brand, handling exchanges is a bit tricky right now—so at the moment, we’re only offering returns and refunds (no direct exchanges).

Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

• Steals & Deals (final sale, no exceptions)
• Gift cards
